Arnaud WS with AIDES Harm Reduction experts will attend the 15th International Conference on the Reduction of Drug Related Harm (15th ICRDRH) in Melbourne Australia, to present the documentary "Breaking the Curve: Fighting AIDS in Estonia and in Russia" which has been selected to be presented in the Film Festival Symposium.

Breaking the Barriers- Partnership to fight HIV/AIDS in Europe and Central Asia
Dublin - 23&24 Feb. 2004

Arnaud WASSON-SIMON (Coordinator of the Integration Projects, on behalf of
AIDS ACTION EUROPE), Zoltan LACZO (Pluss, Hungary), Emmanuel TRENADO (AIDES, France), Marija SUBATATE (European Partnership Office, Lithuania) were among the many HIV/AIDS NGOs who participated as delegates to this great conference, set up by the Irish Presidency of the EU, which should be congratulated for the new standards set in terms of transparency and participation of civil society. Now, the promises and commitments in the Governmental Dublin Declaration need to lead to new national and EU laws and programmes on HIV and AIDS...
Also, the "Dublin Declaration on HIV/AIDS in Prisons in Europe and Central Asia" was also launched. New endorsements are still welcome :
